Jennifer was first introduced to cheer when she was much younger. She would attend the mini cheer camps Rock Springs Tiger Cheer would hold and loved every second. On top of that, she also took dance classes from Artistry In Motion and enjoyed it as well. During her freshman year, Jennifer decided to tryout for the cheer team and made it. She continued to do so for the rest of her high school career. She was coached wonderfully by Dena and eventually Michael Douchant as an all-around flyer and occasionally stepped in as a base. She was awarded a varsity letter for every year and was also made varsity cheer captain her senior year. Jennifer was able to participate in multiple cheer camps held by the University of Wyoming Cheer Team and even got some recognition by winning a certificate for “Most Amazing Flyer”. Throughout her cheer career, Jennifer and her amazing team were able to take home some trophies including two 3rd place titles and one 2nd place title during their Wyoming State Spirit competitions as well as 1st and 2nd place titles when they competed at the Wyoming Game Day competition held in Laramie. Jennifer cannot wait to teach cheer to the younger kids at this amazing studio and be surrounded by the things she’s grown to love and hopes the littles will too!
Jennifer graduated from Rock Springs High School and will be attending Western Wyoming Community College, majoring in psychology. After which she hopes to transfer to the University of Arizona to continue her education and aims to become a forensic psychologist.
