Laura has also contributed to the private studio world, teaching for Lorrie Revelli at The Dance Connection before co-founding AIM Studio with her Aunt Sheri in 2006. Now in its 19th season, AIM Studio has become a respected space for young dancers to grow in both artistry and character. Laura currently coaches four competitive Intensive Teams, as well as solos and duets, and continues to prioritize professional development by attending events such as Tremaine, USA Dance Camps, NDA, UDA, Rhee Gold’s DanceLife Conference, Dance Teacher Web, and Full Out Dance Camps. In addition to her teaching and coaching, Laura is now a certified judge with the Utah High School Activities Association (UHSAA) and the Utah Dance Judges Association (UDJA), bringing her expertise to the adjudication side of the sport. Outside the studio, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband Jamie, her sons Braden (24) and Colton (19), and her bonus family Blaec and Blaine and their families. Whether traveling, camping, watching sports, gardening, or relaxing with her Springer Doodle Holly, Laura values every moment with loved ones. She feels truly blessed by the life she and her husband have built and remains deeply grateful for the opportunity to share her passion for dance with the youth of Rock Springs and the surrounding community.
